Real Estate has been my passion for the last 20 years. Over that time, I built and managed a portfolio of 200 apartment units with my partners. My main focus and responsibilities for most of this time has been in managing the day to day operations of our business and ensuring that several hundred tenants and over one hundred thousand square feet of real estate, were being well cared for at all times.
I have had roughly three thousand tenants over my career thus far and have worked hard to get to the point where I can confidently say that I am an expert in property management.
At the start of 2020, I decided that I wanted to help others build their own real estate portfolios. I became a Realtor with Stonebridge Real Estate Company here in Pinellas County, where I have lived for over 30 years.
